Terms of Service

Last updated: April 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of Natter ("the service"). By signing in, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't sign in.

1. The service

Natter is an admin and orchestration layer on top of Vapi.ai. You configure voice agents, place outbound calls, and receive inbound calls through us. Underlying voice runtime, telephony, and recording storage are operated by Vapi; LLM inference is performed by the model provider you select; text-to-speech by the voice provider you select. We pass your usage charges from those providers through to you.

2. Account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your sign-in credentials. Tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone you didn't authorize.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Natter to:

  • Place calls in violation of telemarketing laws (TCPA in the US, equivalent laws elsewhere). You are responsible for maintaining lawful consent and DNC compliance.
  • Impersonate a real person or organization without authorization.
  • Place calls intended to deceive, harass, threaten, or defraud the recipient.
  • Record calls without obtaining the consent required in the jurisdictions of all parties to the call.
  • Exfiltrate data, scrape contact lists, or run any abuse pattern flagged by carriers as spam.
  • Reverse-engineer the service, attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits, or run automated load against us beyond your plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Egregious violations are reported to the relevant authorities and carriers.

4. Calling and recording laws

You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your calls, including but not limited to: the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state two-party consent recording laws (California, Florida, Illinois, etc.), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and equivalent regulations outside the US. We provide tools; you provide consent.

5. Pricing and billing

Pricing tiers are listed at /pricing. Plans include a soft minute cap; calls beyond the cap are billed at the per-minute rate listed for your tier. We bill monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from the Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion and granted for billing errors and obvious service failures only.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice via email. If you don't accept the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

6. Your content

You own the scripts, prompts, agent configurations, contact lists, and recordings you upload or generate. You grant us the limited license needed to process them for the purpose of running your calls (transmitting them to LLM providers, TTS providers, Vapi, and the carriers involved in each call).

7. Service availability

We make a good-faith effort to keep the service running but make no uptime SLA today. Underlying providers (Vapi, Cloudflare, Firebase, your selected LLM/TTS) may experience outages outside our control.

8. Termination

You can delete your account from the Account page or by emailing us. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if continuing to serve you exposes us to legal or carrier risk. On termination, we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced via email to your account, with at least 30 days' notice when commercially reasonable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
